You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

There is a quiet frustration that comes with not knowing your purpose.

You feel it in the questions that linger…

“What am I really called to do?”

“Why does everyone else seem so certain?”

And often, we try to answer that question by attaching ourselves to roles.

“I want to be a teacher.”

“I want to be a business owner.”

“I want to be a lawyer.”

But those are titles.

They describe what you do — not why you exist.

Your purpose lives deeper than that.

A teacher may be called to shape minds.

A business owner may be called to create impact.

A police officer may be called to serve.

Purpose is not the position.

It is the heartbeat behind the position.

🌿 When You Feel Stuck… Look Around You

If defining your purpose feels overwhelming right now, there is a gentle and powerful place to begin:

Look at the lives of others.

Not to compare.

Not to copy.

But to discover.

The women and leaders you admire are often mirrors — reflecting pieces of what already lives inside of you.

When you read their stories, watch their journeys, or study their lives… you will start to notice something:

A pattern.

A theme.

A pull in your spirit.

Maybe you are drawn to someone who speaks with boldness.

Or someone who leads with compassion.

Or someone who builds, restores, teaches, or uplifts.

That pull is not random.

It is revealing something about you.

Their Story Matters More Than Their Success

It’s easy to admire someone for who they became.

But the real insight lives in how they became her.

When you look deeper, you begin to see:

  • The challenges they faced
  • The seasons they struggled through
  • The doubts they carried
  • The growth they chose anyway

And suddenly… they no longer feel untouchable.

They feel human.

This matters, because it reminds you of something powerful:

You don’t need to be perfect to live with purpose.

Even the women you admire had moments of uncertainty, missteps, and growth.

And still… they became.

🌸 Even Opposites Can Teach You

Growth doesn’t only come from people you admire.

Sometimes, it comes from those who think differently than you.

People whose views stretch you…

challenge you…

even make you uncomfortable.

Instead of immediately resisting, ask:

“What shaped this person?”

“What can I learn here?”

Understanding different perspectives doesn’t mean you have to agree —

but it does expand your awareness.

And often, clarity about your purpose grows when you become more aware of both:

  • What resonates deeply with you
  • And what clearly does not

Both are valuable.

🌿 This Is Not About Becoming Someone Else

Let’s ground this truth clearly:

You are not called to become someone else.

You are called to become more fully yourself.

Learning from others is not about imitation.

It is about illumination.

When you notice similarities, it brings clarity:

“This matters to me too.”

When you notice differences, it brings expansion:

“There are other ways to see this.”

And slowly, gently… your own path begins to take shape.

Purpose Is Not a Formula Its a Journey

There is no single equation that will suddenly reveal your purpose overnight.

This is not something you “figure out” once and never revisit.

It is something you grow into.

Something you walk out daily.

Something that unfolds as you:

  • Stay curious
  • Stay open
  • Stay willing to learn

And most importantly…

Stay connected to who you are becoming.

🌿 Coaching Reflection: Discovering Your Inner Alignment

Take a quiet moment with these questions. Don’t rush. Let them speak to you.

  • Who are 3 women or leaders I deeply admire — and why?
  • What qualities in them resonate most with me? (Not what they do, but who they are)
  • What patterns or themes do I notice across these people?
  • What kind of impact do I feel drawn toward in my own life?
  • Where in my current life am I already living small pieces of that purpose?

Now reflect gently:

What if my purpose is already showing in small, quiet ways?

🌸 Final Thought

You don’t have to force clarity.

Purpose often reveals itself in layers, not lightning bolts.

As you observe, reflect, and grow…

you will begin to see it more clearly.

Not all at once.

But enough for your next step.

And sometimes…

That is all you need.
