Refunds & Returns Policy

2.1. Coaching & Mentoring

  • Reschedule ≥24 hours: free reschedule or full refund (less non‑recoverable gateway fees, if applicable).
  • Cancel ≥24 hours: full refund (less non‑recoverable gateway fees, if applicable).
  • Cancel <24 hours or no‑show: no refund.

 

2.2. Label Printing

  • Before proof approval: full refund (less any non‑recoverable gateway fees and pre‑press work performed).
  • After proof approval, before production: refund minus [design/pre‑press fee or %].
  • After production start / dispatch: non‑refundable except for manufacturing defects or wrong items.
  • Defects / transit damage: Notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery with order number, photos, and a description. We will repair/reprint/replace or refund at our discretion.

 

2.3. Digital products

  • Non‑refundable once delivered (download link sent/shown). Exceptions: duplicate purchase, corrupted/unopenable file we cannot replace.

 

2.4. How to request a refund

  • Email alida@equipmotivatedwomen.com with order number, reason, and any evidence.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment gateway and banks (typically 3–10 business days after approval).
