Delivery / Fulfilment Policy

3.1. Digital downloads

• Timing: instant or within 10 minutes after successful payment. If not received, check spam or contact us for assistance.
• Access: links may have download limits and/or expiry periods to protect against abuse.

3.2. Coaching & Mentoring

• Confirmation: you’ll receive a booking confirmation and calendar invite with a meeting link.
• Time zone: sessions follow Africa/Windhoek (CAT) unless otherwise stated.

3.3. Label Printing

• Production lead time: typically [3 – 7 business days] after proof approval and payment.
• Pickup: address provided on individual basis.
• Risk & title: pass to you on delivery/pickup. Please inspect parcels on arrival and report issues promptly.
